Hank Wedow is a real estate professional in Rochester, NY. He works as an Acquisitons Analyst at Royal Oak Realty Trust, a private REIT, where he assists in the evaluation, recommendation and acquisition of commercial real estate on behalf of Royal Oak and it's shareholders. Hank Wedow began his commercial real estate career as an Analyst at Townhouse Partners Consulting, a boutique consulting firm in New York City where he was responsible for the underwriting of commercial real estate properties and portfolios prepared for CMBS securitization on behalf of major lending institutions. Prior to joining Royal Oak, he served as an Analyst at a regional real estate development company.

 

Hank enjoys real estate construction/rehabilitation projects. He is currently constructing a lake house on Cayuga Lake in the finger lakes wine region. Previous projects include fire damage rehabilitation, new builds, and everything in between. An entrepreneur at heart, Hank has owned, grown, and sold a number of small businesses most notably a concrete contracting company.

 

Hank resides and invests in the City of Rochester, specifically the Highland Park and Swillburg neighborhoods. Hank Wedow earned a BA in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY.
